The SCPW’s modest contribution to conservation goals was recognized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – National Capital Region during their “Stakeholders and Partners Forum: Paggawad ng Pagkilala sa mga partners mula sa Academe, Civil Society, National Government Agencies at Pribadong Secktor” on February 15, 2023, at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA, Quezon City, with the theme “Environmental Partnership for a Sustainable Future.”
The activity aimed to present DENR – NCR’s 2023 programs and projects and to give recognition to their different stakeholders and partners, and their contribution to the conservation of NCR’s resources and environment.
Arch. Celestino B. Ulep, President of SCPW, and Ms. Amy Lecciones, Vice President and Executive Director of SCPW, were present at the event to receive the award.
